Welcome! My name is Candace and I am the owner and founder of Candace Fit Personal Training. My business started in 2024, however my passion for fitness and people started long before that. My mission is to teach women how to make their fitness goals obtainable. I want to share my experiences, my successes and failures, and my journey as a woman in the fitness industry. There's not enough support within the physical and mental aspect of losing weight, and I want to change that. I specialize in women's weight loss, strength training and disordered eating support. My goal is to find a way to make your dream body a REALITY!
